Well Mahindra marazzo is the first ever mpv in the mahindra's line up, it has not been more succeed in the indian market because of huge difference in pricing of variant according to features over the other mpvs of other manufacturers but the mahindra marazzo is also the first mpv to score 4 star safety rating in Global NCAP crash test. It scored 12.58 out of 17 for adult occupants which is highest AOP score for mpvs till the date and 22.22 out of 49 for child occupants. Mahindra marazzo comes along with the standard safety features which are 2 Airbags, ABS, disc brake for all wheels, ISOFIX child seat mount.

Tata nexon was the first ever made in india model recieves the 5 star rating from Global NCAP crash test at the end of 2018. Tata nexon was made history by scoring 5 star in GNCAP crash test, before it score 5 star it was awarded with 4 star but after it revised with 5 star when it passed a side-impact test UN95 side impact protection along the seat belb reminder as a standard which gained addition in scoring. it scores 16.06 out of 17 for adult occupant and 25 out of 49 for child occupant. while it offers the 2 Airbags, ABS, electronic stability control(ESC), traction control, rollover mitigation and emergency brake assist as standard safety features.
